Privacy Policy
The information we receive from customers is utilized in order to personalize Deeds and assign unique numbers for each square inch parcel of land. In all instances customers will instantly receive an email from the "Own A Piece of America Landowners Association" acknowledging their ownership of the square inch of land they just recorded. All landowners then are required to keep their registration updated and, if they have not purchased an upgraded hardcopy deed, should expect, and will receive, regularly scheduled emails from the "Own A Piece of America Landowners Association" (or the OPA Landowners' Association) asking for a registration updates.
Our privacy policy prohibits us from selling or exchanging email addresses, postal addresses or any information customers provide us to any outside vendors. Our privacy policy also prohibits us from selling any products or items to registered landowners unless it is an item specifically related to landowners' interests or if it can be related to, or combined with, an "Own A Piece of America Landowners Association" authorized mailing. We will not make the email addresses of landowners available to other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services under the following circumstances: We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of, or with us, under confidentiality agreements and provide offers we deem relevant to the members of the Own a Piece of America's Landowners Association.. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
